The Walking Dead final season 11 reviews are in for the first two episodes.

The Walking Dead has long since had its ups and downs as a flagship series, changing showrunners like running water. As we near the final season, it seems to be going back into its roots of origin. I had the pleasure of viewing the first two episodes of the final season recently, and I have to say–they are pretty damn good.

DIVING RIGHT INTO OUR FIRST EPISODE OF THE FINAL SEASON.

Episode nine of The Walking Dead S11 ‘No Other Way’, features Maggie Green (Lauren Cohan), Daryl Dixon, and Negan Smith. You’ll get your Leah fix as well. There is a particularly comical moment where Negan literally slaps someone upside the head with a bell. Yes, you heard it right–a bell.

Get ready for a heart-wrenching death, bring tissues.

THE NEXT EPISODE…

First and foremost, there is an immediate shift of two relationships heavily campaigned for on social media of three fictional characters in particular. And that is Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), and Connie (Lauren Ridloff). What we are starting to see, is the blossoming of Daryl and Connie. So all of you Donnie fans can rest easy.

CAROL AND ZEKE.

Carol is still heavily invested in King Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and his need for dire surgery for his illness. The Commonwealth is heavily featured in episode ten, “New Haunts”, where Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos) and Daryl Dixon work together as part of a possible Commonwealth militia position in heavy training, particularly against Pamela Milton’s (Laila Robins) entitled son.

AS PREDICTED BACK IN 2021, LORETTE WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY WITH ASKING IF ZEKE WENT BACK TO HIS ZOOKEEPER ROOTS, ENJOY!

LOVE IS IN THE AIR FOR OUR CHICA OF ROYALTY.

We are also finally introduced to the budding relationship of comic favorites Juanita ‘Princess’ Sanchez (Paola Lázaro) and Mercer (Michael James Shaw). There is a heavy feature of Lance Hornsby (Josh Hamilton), and our real-life Stephanie Vega (Margot Bingham).

Could someone think that an uprising against the Commonwealth is a good idea? Perhaps may see similar activity to that of the CRM that has heavily been featured in all three series.
