During my last Zoom with the girls (Alexa Mansour & Julia Ormond), I happened to mention a little something about World Beyond’s newest lost love (Sorry, Drake.), Dennis Graham. Played by Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Maximilian Osinski
Dennis is a former soldier who now works as a mechanic for the Killzone. It’s basically an old junkyard in a field of sorts, complete with a little comfy barn where they lure out the dead and then put them down inside of the grounds. It is a way to clear the streets and forests of the empties to make for safer passage.
PLEASE SIR, I WANT SOME…EMPTIES?
He’s basically if Dodger grew up from Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist novel and now cares for the kids. A father figure of sorts, though he has a strict regime of how to deal with the empties. Stab them in the head, and twist.
Jennifer arranges for a particular teenager to be assigned somewhere safe. The Killzone. The ever kill-timid Silas Plaskett (Hal Cumpston) has yet to learn the ropes, not to mention he had been so nervous about killing anything, to begin with, due to his PTSD from his alcoholic and abusive father.
The one character in particular that caught my attention in the sass department was a teenager named Tiga. (Ry Chase.)
At any rate, Dennis steals some alone time to himself with his crappy pick-up truck (which he probably loves!), and pulls out a picture of himself and Mallick from the visor. We can also see he has a wedding ring.
DENNY IN THE DETAILS.
KATIE HARDEN: Jennifer Graham. What’s going on with Dennis?
ANNET MAHENDRU: squeals excitedly.
AM: Ooh! Yes. So there’s a little picture, right?
AM: I don’t know. All I can say is maybe they were together, maybe they still are. There’s definitely–it gets pretty intimate this season.
“I. Love. It. I was advocating for all sorts of things. And I got my way! So it’s going to be really juicy. (a high-pitched voice on that word in particular.) .” – Mahendru talking about Dennis & Jennifer.
KH: The mash-up name is totally going to be #Denny.
AM: Ooh! I like that!
